Front Office
T3's front office module has multiple charging and payment options. T3 includes a complete sliding scale fee system where automated individualized rates can be generated based upon funding source, medication, income and dependents. Patients can make payment arrangements that fit their ability to pay. Management can set patient debt levels that will prevent patients from dosing when excessive debt has accumulated. The system prints receipts, ledgers and patient statements.
Distribution
The amount of medication distributed to each patient is controlled by orders created by your Medical team. Take-homes can be issued for up to a month's supply. Exception doses, travel doses, spills and emesis are all accounted for via processes within the dosing screens. We provide opening and closing inventory reports, daily distribution reports, No-show listings, Failure to Return after Take-homes listings, and destroyed/contaminated medication tracking as well as a Monthly Medication Log for each patient. In addition to the orders module, the medical team can take advantage of T3's Complete Medical History and Review screens, Intake and Annual Physical Exam screens, Nutrition Evaluation screens, HIV Risk Assessment screen and all the supporting reports.
Tracking
T3 has an excellent medication tracking system. Starting with the receipt of inventory to daily safe count verification and distribution, we have processes that automate and report on every step of the way. T3 supports the use of both Ivek and Scilog pumps. We dispense Methadone liquid, 40, 10 or 5 mg tablets, Suboxone, Subutex, Naltrexone and Antabuse.
Appointment Scheduler
T3 includes a fully integrated appointment scheduling module. Appointments can be created as single or recurring events with a minimum of keystrokes. The appointments can be designated to prevent a patient from receiving medication prior to keeping the appointment. A host of reports list patient performance at keeping appointments on time and late arrivals as well as the number canceled or rescheduled.
Internal Email
T3's internal email system is used by the event tracking module to send reminders to staff when they need to renew their licensure or attend to pending events. The tracking module allows staff to have a combination of system generated reminders and self-created reminders for all chartable events for each patient. Supporting reports can be used by both counselors and supervisors to manage caseloads and help remain compliant with local, state and federal statutes. It will be very difficult to miss a treatment plan due date, annual review, or justification for continuing treatment due date once T3 is monitoring your clinic.
Lab
T3's Lab module handles automated scheduling of drug screen tests. T3 can utilize urine, oral fluid or hair drug screen tests. Results can be posted electronically from every major laboratory. Other lab tests can be tracked and monitored as well. TB tests are linked to the dispensary so nurses will automatically be prompted for TB reads within the 48 to 72 hour window of the test's administration. Pregnancy tests, RPRs, Spirometer and EKG tests can all be tracked. The system even includes a breathalyzer component which will allow recurring or randomized breathalyzer tests.
Billing
T3 has the ability to generate electronic 837 claims, post electronic 835 payments as well as print HCFA1500 and UB92 claim forms. The software has an eligibility and authorization tracking component so patients will not be allowed to receive services that are not covered by their insurance. A full panel of reports will make it easy for staff to track claims, payments, partially paid claims and write-offs. Our software is HIPAA-compliant and 5010-certified - because we know privacy, security and interoperability matter.
Reporting
T3 provides an extensive report library. From the basic patient listings to the sophisticated revenue projection or chart compliance reporting, T3 will help you track all aspects and events of your business. We have more than 500 reports in our standard library. Most of the reports can be directly created in Excel spreadsheets, allowing your staff to manipulate data and create graphs as needed.
